There are a lot of people lagging. Some cause of the place they live, some cause of their ISP. 12 cell sight range won't put anyone on a disadvantage (well, maybe hunters and bards/dancers might complain, but 12 cell range is OK, and it's default), and would make some laggers' lives easier.

Change @main color please. It's getting harder to find, but this topic has been approved, but a color has not been decided upon by the general consensus. -------------------- ![]() DS DS DS DS DS DS DS... When trying to type "@main on" an error returns "@main is Unknown Command". When I turn it through the Player Assistant NPC and type a longer sentence than 30 or so letters it crashes the client.

Wtf? Did you not pay any attention at all? There's a warning when you log in that says NOT to turn it on. Stop that! *slaps your hand* |

Did you? xD It would not be said every time you logged in if it had actually been fixed. Just because Rehael has obviously forgotten to edit his post doesn't mean its working. He thought he fixed it, hence the post. Instructions in-game that are set to show every time you log in are going to be 100x more important than a post on the forum. |

He thought he fixed it, hence the post. Instructions in-game that are set to show every time you log in are going to be 100x more important than a post on the forum. Before my post, a few hours ago GM Vash broadcasted in-game, that the @main issue was fixed yesterday and we're free to use it. After a while we found out that to be impossible and so I posted this here, cause apparently even a GM believed that @main issue was fixed. Don't tell me that whatever auto-message I get ingame is more important than an official forum post. Whenever I log on I see a message saying that I allow every party invitation. Is that important? Moreover, GM Rehael seems to be the type who posts maintenance log before performing one (yes, Rehael?), so it's obvious that I would like to trust forum posts more. And... Am I the only one who checks forums at job, university, doing other things and not only while playing RO? I doubt it. So don't yell at me and listen to what GMs have to say. |
