Um.. Bard can solo anywhere a hunter can; not just hillwinds/stings second, MS > DS for everything except range. 500% damage vs 380% damage? kthx. link + bragi + cross = spam ms.

Umm... 500% from Melody Strike? http://irowiki.org/wiki/Melody_Strike says only 250% which is 30% less than DS' 2x 190% damage... Also, SP wise DS is more friendly(280/12 vs. 250/9). Is it easier to get better MS weapons than DS? --------------------  DS DS DS DS DS DS DS... My bards build was liek Str 22+12 Agi 35+24 Vit 67+3 Int 61+17 Dex 89+41 Luk 1+8 2 Ds Hill winds with just a Gakkung and Stone arrows, excellent Bragi for Parties/Woe. --------------------

Honestly... Why the hell do you want to be a bragibitch as a bard? You should be self-sufficient to get to Clown, then become a bragibitch. Here's what would probably be the most ideal leveling bard, and still a decent bragibitch.
